WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to seven general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one seizure.
— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 30 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, six respiratory cases, three diabetic cases, one seizure and five overdoses.
— At 5:23 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Kiddville and Nest Egg roads.
— At 8:43 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 151 W. Broadway St. It was a false alarm.
— At 12:56 a.m. Sunday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Irvine Road.

— At 1:27 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Colby Hills Boulevard.
— At 5:23 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Kiddville and Nest Egg roads.
— At 7:51 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 533 Constitution Drive.
— At 12:52 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation on Glenway Road.
— At 4:10 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 725 Terry Drive.
— At 4:19 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at 4939 Iron Works Road.
— At 12:56 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Irvine Road.
— At 2:12 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mount Sterling Road.
— At 2:43 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Big Stoner Road.
— At 3:37 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Casa Landa Way.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Jasmine L. Fox, 31, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking, resisting arrest and third-degree assault.
— Charles Leon Harrison, 62, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Holly M. Parmley, 40, was charged Saturday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
— Amber B. Townsend, 24, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain insurance

— At 9:20 a.m. Thursday, offices were called to 44 Oliver St. concerning an assault and a neighbor making threats.
— At 11:12 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 35 Madison Ave. concerning a dispute over money with a known person.
— At 11:25 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1700 Fortune Drive concerning a stolen trailer.
— At 11:34 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 122 Belmont Ave. concerning stolen tools and property damage.
— At 1:01 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a report of a landlord holding renters’ mail.
— At 3:57 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 426 S. Main St. concerning a neighbor firing a weapon into a tree in the backyard.
— At 5:12 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report three juveniles who robbed the caller’s daughter.
— At 9:42 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 101 Atrium Place concerning a person making threats to harm the caller.
— At 2:26 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Oxford Drive and Strode Station Circle concerning a woman stealing the caller’s children’s toys. Jasmine L. Fox was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 4:44 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 4:55 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 702 Westwood Drive after someone broke into an apartment and stole a television, purse, wallet and jewelry.
— At 9:21 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 355 E. Broadway St. concerning a theft of tools.
