The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court April 16, 2020, with Judge William Engle presiding.

— Jessica N. Smith, trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years concurrent; possession of marijuana, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Calvyn Winston, trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to two years and one day; receiving stolen property – firearm, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent.

— Adam C. Asbury, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to two years and one day, probated for three years; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent, probated for three years.

— Justin P. Anderson, shock probation motion, granted, probated for two years.

— Savannah J. Hall, shock probation motion, granted, probated for three years.

— Meagan E. Blanton, shock probation motion, granted, probated for three years.

— Meagan Blanton, shock probation motion, granted, probated for three years.

— Johnny E. Kochel, first-degree sexual abuse, amended to second-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 365 days, conditionally discharged for two years.

— Johnny E. Kochel, flagrant non support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated for five years, sentencing May 14.
