WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Julian Jackson, 37, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal abuse.

— Kimberly Jackson, 37, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal abuse.

Reports

— At 9:04 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 950 Rolling Hills Lane for a theft of 4,000 pounds of steel.

— At 1:41 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St., concerning a theft of a wallet and cash.

— At 1:56 p.m. Monday, officers took a report after someone tried to cash a fake check.

— At 8:02 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 565 Market St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 8:49 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft of speakers.

— At 11:05 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 115 S. Main St. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 5:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.

 

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 4:46 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 114 Shanahan Lane for a grill fire.

— At 10:32 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 5 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Bypass Road and Interstate 64.

— At 6:48 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Interstate 64 near the 94 mile marker.

— At 11:37 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 5555 Rockwell Road.

 

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 7:31 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 4295 White Conkwright Road after someone broke into a residence and took three guitars.

Accidents

— At 2:01 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road after a vehicle, driven by Myron C. Williams of Drift was struck by another vehicle after it reportedly ran a red light. The driver then fled the scene on foot.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 32 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, seven diabetic cases, two strokes, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 10:07 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Short Street and Western Avenue for a bonfire in a yard.

— At 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Interstate 64.

— At 11:38 p.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 5555 Rockwell Road.
