Willy Kingsbury cuts the ribbon celebrating Wildcat Willy Distillery’s membership into the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce and the local distillery, farm-to-table restaurant and grocery store’s grand reopening after the shutdown because of the coronavirus.
