Dorothy Faye Hopper, 77, widow of Charles Ray Hopper, passed away Friday, June 12, 2020 at the Fountain Circle Nursing Home. She was born on February 28, 1943 in Winchester, Kentucky to the late Clay and Elizabeth Hampton Kirby. She was a retired cashier from Save A Lot and was a member of the Farris Hill Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Susan Hopper (Marion) Taulbee of Irvine, KY; one son Scott (Rita) Hopper of Winchester; two sisters, Judy Harris and Kathy (Ricky) Plowman; one brother, Jerry (Kathy) Kirby and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents she is preceded in death by two sisters, Susan Quinn and Donna Pelfrey.

Graveside services will be private.
