CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:35 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mimosa Drive.

— At 6:23 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Blueberry Lane.

— At 10:17 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 436 Miller Hunt Road for an investigation.

— At 8:34 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3029 Grimes Mill Road.

— At 2:12 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Dry Fork Road.

— At 10:01 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Dry Fork Road.

— At 1:16 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 8800 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 1:35 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Westchester Drive.

— At 2:07 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 2585 Iron Works Road.

— At 6:24 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Fontaine Boulevard.

— At 12:36 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Revilo Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Zachary James Noble, 34, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and receiving stolen property.

— Robert Virgil Pensol, 46, was charged Thursday with first-degree indecent exposure, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

— Bannely R. Alvarez Valencia, 23, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and leaving the scene of an accident.

— Michael L. Clark, no age given, was charged Sunday with public intoxication, resisting arrest and third-degree assault.

— Susan R. Gabbard, 52, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.

— Ashley A. Kelley, 34, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Katrina Kelly, 44, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.

— Rose Anna Powell, 31, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 9:26 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 157 Cook Ave. concerning a stolen chain saw and a damaged window. The theft occurred at 205 Mutual Ave.

— At 1:50 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1500 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of tires.

— At 10:33 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. for a public indecency complaint for a man who kept pulling his pants down and exposing himself. Robert Pensol was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:10 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive for a fight in progress.

— At 10:14 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 140 Buffalo Trace after someone tried to break into a storage unit.

— At 1:21 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a stolen shotgun.

— At 3:54 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning the fraudulent use of a credit card.

— At 7:12 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning drug paraphernalia.

— At 4:57 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 365 E. Broadway St. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 2:35 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 200 Buffalo Trace concerning a possible sexual assault.

— At 6:36 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 7:42 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 156 E. Washington St. concerning a domestic disturbance.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 55 general medical calls, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case, three seizures, three strokes and three overdoses.

— At 7:48 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 730 Estes Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 3:26 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple and Washington streets.

— At 8:37 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 480 Bullion Blvd. for a grass fire.

— At 9:14 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 1315 Enterprise Drive for an alarm sounding. It was a false alarm.

— At 11:33 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 100 Hospital Drive for a grass fire.

— At 1:15 p.m. Sunday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 8800 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 2:07 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 2585 Iron Works Road.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 5:25 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 924 Hackberry Circle concerning the theft of several items including a handgun, a lock box, a television and cash.

— At 12:54 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 3140 Thompson Station Road concerning a theft of four necklaces.

— On Friday, deputies recovered a moped from 4340 Ecton Road. The moped was reported stolen from Versailles.

— At noon Sunday, deputies were called to 116 Mary Way concerning a person making threats against the caller’s family.

— At 10:35 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 7501 Iron Works Road concerning a stolen travel trailer.

Accidents

— At 12:57 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road in which a vehicle driven by Kathryn E. Furnish of Lexington slid off the road in a curve and overturned. Furnish was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of neck pain.
