Ruby Irene Hamm, 96, beloved wife of Orban Clarence Hamm for 77 years, passed away at her home following a short illness on Monday, July 13, 2020.

She was born on June 28, 1924 to the late William Van and Lucy Velma Mullins McKenzie. Irene was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by three children, O.C. Hamm Jr. (Jerrie), Van Rogers, Ruby Jacob (Wayne); five granddaughters, Leann Taylor (Allen), Amy Hall (Jason), Laura Harris (Wes), Michele Birch (Kevin), Jaime Saunders (Tommy); seven great grandsons, and two great-great-grandsons.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Winchester Cemetery by the Rev. Neil Salvaterrra. Arrangements made by Scobee Funeral Home.
