CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:09 a.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to Chaucer Court and Wellington Way for an investigation.

— At 2:13 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 1256 Crowe Ridge Road.

— At 7:04 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Dogwood Lane.

— At 8:28 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call near the 98 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 7:54 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Colby Road.

— At 8:08 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Kimberly Drive.

— At 3:46 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 4274 Colby Road for an unspecified emergency.

— At 1:45 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near 2812 Water Works Road.

— At 5:17 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Crowe Ridge Road.

— At 7:09 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Steve Court.

— At 9:05 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 2105 Mount Sterling Road for an investigation.

— At 1:49 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Pretty Run Road.

 

CLARK COUNTY  SHERIFF

Charged

— Stacy Thacker, 37, of 73 Holiday Road, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.

— Nicki Wicker, 35, of Mousie, was charged Thursday with no seat belt, driving on a suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence and no insurance.

— Matthew Ritchie, 37, of Versailles, was charged Thursday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (two counts).

— Daniel Lawson, 65, of 757 Dogwood Lane, was charged Thursday with reckless driving, no seat belt, driving under the influence (second offense) and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— At 6:37 p.m. July 10, deputies were called to 207 Delaplain Road concerning a theft of several items including two firearms.

— At 7:13 p.m. July 14, deputies were called to 13583 Irvine Road concerning a stolen floor jack.

— At 5:24 p.m. July 8, deputies were called to 3 Hillcrest Drive concerning  computer scam.

— At 10:17 p.m. July 14, deputies were called to Athens Boonesboro Road for a domestic disturbance.

— At 9:09 p.m. July 16, deputies were called to Cassell Creek Golf Course on Lexington Road for a fight in progress in the road.

— At 2 a.m. July 16, deputies were called to 19 Lynnway Drive after an above-ground swimming pool was damaged.

— At 4 p.m. July 12, deputies were called to 3209 Clintonville Road concerning a theft of money from the purchase of a pony.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Samuel L. Asberry, 23, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking

— Damion Scott Caudill, 23, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

— Duane Allen Holder, 34, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespass and was served a warrant.

— Kyle L. Stumbo, 31, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 5:49 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 17 Kentucky St. after someone broke a window on a vehicle.

— At 6:22 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 154 Cherry St. after someone took items from two vehicles.

— At 10:20 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning an unauthorized charge on the caller’s debit card.

— At 10:28 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 40 French Ave. after a street light was damaged.

— At 11:08 a.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a person sending a threatening text message.

— At 12:49 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a suspected shoplifter. Samuel Asberry was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 3:57 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 13 First St. concerning a stolen weed trimmer.

— At 9:09 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a stolen purse.

— At 9:30 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen debit card which was used to make two purchases.

— At 11:36 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 175 Westside Drive concerning a stolen debit card.

— At 9:07 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 9 Jackson St. after someone broke into a residence during the night.

— At 9:49 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 115 Gary Court concerning a possible domestic violence order violation.

— At 2:59 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a stolen wallet from a purse.

— At 6:35 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning an assault. Duane Holder was arrested on multiple charges.

Accidents

— At 11:22 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on East Broadway Street.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 45 general medical calls, eight cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, six diabetic cases, one seizure and three overdoses.

— At 8:42 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 4000 Corporate Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 11:23 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 137 E. Broadway St.

— At 1:45 p.m. Sunday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 2812 Water Works Road.
