CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Brian N. Miller, 21, of 12 Buckner St., was charged Sunday with speeding, driving on an expired operator’s license and driving under the influence.

— Brenda Taulbee, 37, of 26 Fitch Ave., was charged Monday with no seat belt, and trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts).

— Ronnie Jones, 45, of 146 Teal Lane, was charged Monday with speeding, reckless driving, no seat belt, no insurance, operator’s license to be in possession, fleeing or evading police (two counts) and was served a warrant.

— Jacob McClellan, 31, of Lexington, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence (third offense) and no insurance.

Reports

— At 7:11 p.m. July 17, deputies were called to 9515 Iron Works Road after mailboxes were damaged.

— At 3:18 p.m. July 16, deputies were called to 11 Heather Lane concerning a possible stolen vehicle.

— At 8:56 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 308 Rameau Circle concerning stolen credit card from a lost wallet.

— At 6:36 p.m. July 13, deputies were called to Pilot View Store on Iron Works Road concerning a stolen cell phone and two forged checks.

— At 7:49 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to Red River Road concerning a stolen handgun.

— At 12:09 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 2060 Two Mile Road after two tires on a vehicle were flattened.

— At 9:37 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to 1285 Pretty Run Road concerning a person making harassing comments online.

— At 8:09 a.m. Monday, deputies took a report concerning a recovered bicycle.

— At 4:37 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 6582 Athens Boonesboro Road concerning a DVO violation and an assault.

— At 7:25 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Glenway Road for a terroristic threatening complaint after two women “flipped off” the caller while she was stopped at a red light.

Accidents

— At 11:04 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near exit 94 in which Jeremiah Nance of 37 N. Burns St., was traveling west, turned onto the exit ramp and overturned. Nance was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Armando Enriquez-Castillo, 41, was charged Monday with careless driving, disregarding a traffic control device, no operator’s license and driving under the influence.

— Brandon L. Brown, 33, was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.

— Sheryl Y. Chenault, 57, was charged Wednesday with theft of identity.

— At 4:42 a.m. Monday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an assault.

— At 2:28 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 235 Oxford Drive for a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 7:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 612 Banana Drive for fraudulent purchases on a credit card.

— At 2:24 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 10:47 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 300 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an emergency protection order violation.

— At 1 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a person who tried to hit the caller with a vehicle on Tuesday.

— At 2:56 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 4:13 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

— At 7:15 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a grass fire at 2490 Van Meter Road.

— At 6:01 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 103 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 1:31 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lamond Ruelle.

— At 8:18 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a brush fire on Rockwell Road and Yorktowne Drive.

— At 10:38 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Colby Road.

— At 11:04 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 94 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 4:14 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a tree fire at 3829 Lexington Road.

— At 5:56 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 2386 Basin Spring Road.

— At 8:16 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 9840 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 1:53 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 951 Bypass Road.

— At 3:44 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 3137 Paris Road.

— At 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1255 Combs Ferry Road

— At 5:29 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident and vehicle fire at Mount Sterling Road and Dykes Lane.

— From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 33 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, three diabetic cases, one seizure, one stroke and four obstetric cases.

— At 2:32 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 91-mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 4:13 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Veterans Memorial Parkway and Irvine Road.

— At 9:10 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1100 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 4:34 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 6 Seminole Trail.

— At 7:43 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a Dumpster fire at 1315 Enterprise Drive.

— At 10:39 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 2851 Colby Road.

— At 11:07 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 94-mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 8:16 a.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at 9840 Mount Sterling Road.
