CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Evan Gibala, 19, of Haymarket, Virginia, was charged Thursday with speeding, reckless driving, no seat belt, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— Anthony W. Thompson, 22, of Owingsville, was charged Thursday with reckless driving, driving on a suspended operator’s license, no insurance card, second-degree wanton endangerment and was served a warrant.

— At 8:23 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 1 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 10:13 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 1 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 9:33 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Chardonnay Court.

— At 12:14 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 3:30 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to Iron Works Road for a report of a tree in utility lines.

— At 4:12 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— Brenda J. Cain, 43, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.

— Billy Jason Estes, 42, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Kino Montaz Kendall, 23, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Michael James Wheatley, 46, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Mark Anthony Gosser, 38, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and alcohol intoxication.

— Melissa Suzzane Hoskins, 41, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and public intoxication.

— Travis Matthew Kemplin, 38, was charged Sunday with receiving stolen property over $10,000, driving on a suspended operator’s license and was served two warrants.

— Traci Lynn Minniear, 41, was charged Saturday with prescription controlled substance not in proper container, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Amy Leann Stevens, 31, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Antonio Vargas, 39, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, failure to maintain insurance and no operator’s license.

— At 9:45 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 380 Rolling Hills Lane concerning a theft of tools by a former employee.

— At 3:21 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 104 Buffalo Trace for a harassment complaint.

— At 4:21 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 10 Mutual Ave. concerning a stolen motorcycle.

— At 8:31 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1330 Fulton Road for an investigation. Kino Kendall was arrested and charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— At 12:09 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 73 Holiday Road concerning a stolen vehicle. Travis Kemplin was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:23 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 34 Garner St. for a domestic disturbance.

— At 9:12 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1677 Cole Road concerning an assault which happened Saturday on North Main Street.

— At 11:34 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a person making threats to shoot the caller.

— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 51 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, two seizures, one stroke, three overdoses and one obstetric case.

— At 10:03 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 1480 W. Lexington Ave.

— At 10:13 a.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 1 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 1:30 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 146 W. Hickman St. for a kitchen fire.

— At 4:14 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.
