The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Aug. 4, 2020, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Anthony R. Hill, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

— Jeannie Elkins, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years probation with long-term treatment.

— Lathe D. Al-Auguaili, theft b unlawful taking (auto), amended to theft of motor vehicle, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years, probated for three years with long-term treatment; first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, sentenced one year concurrent.

— Lathe D. Al-Auquaili, theft by unlawful taking (auto), pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years, probated for three years with long-term treatment, concurrent with previous case.

— Lonnie Ray Martin, murder, amended to first-degree manslaughter, pleaded guilty, recommended 11 years, concurrent with Montgomery County cases, sentencing Sept. 15.
