CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Bryan Schnitzer, 33, of 6 S. Maple St., was charged July 31 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and was served a warrant.
— Jack Allen, 43, of Irvine, was charged Monday with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended operator’s license.
— Justin Dailey, 27, of Mount Sterling, was charged Tuesday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Roy Freeman, 54, of 634 Westmeade Drive, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence and careless driving.
Reports
— At 11:56 a.m. July 31, deputies were called to Value Stay Inn, 5100 Revilo Road, for a trespassing complaint. The person, Bryan Schnitzer, was arrested on outstanding warrants. During a search, deputies found suspected illegal drugs and paraphernalia. Schnitzer was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 3:56 p.m. July 31, deputies took a report concerning a driver yelling at the caller after hitting the trailer hitch on his vehicle.
— At 5:13 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to Freedom Metal, 523 Gawthrop Drive, after a truck was stolen during the night.
— At 12:52 p.m. Tuesday deputies were called to Dollar General, 1220 Irvine Road, concerning a theft by a former manager.
— At 11:21 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 501 Kiddville Road after a vehicle damaged a fence during the night.
Accidents
— At 10:13 a.m. July 31, deputies responded to an injury accident near the 1 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway in which a vehicle driven by Kayla Buckland of 627 Irvine Road lost control of her vehicle, which overturned and struck an embankment. Buckland and a passenger, Marcia Buckland of 7264 Winchester Road, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
— At 3:35 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road in which a vehicle driven by Mackenzee J. Tackett of 169 Calmes Blvd. was going to turn from Flanagan Station Road onto Boonesboro Road but decided to cross instead. Tackett said she looked both ways, but did not seen an oncoming vehicle, which was driven by Belva L. Howerton of 7187 Old Boonesboro Road. Howerton was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 8:43 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a mutual aid request in Bourbon County.
— At 8:26 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 9:54 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 97 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 5:43 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 707 Terry Drive.
— At 6:03 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector sounding at 1520 Combs Ferry Road.
— At 7:42 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Paris Road.

Charged
— Mario Rashad Dalton, 38, was charged Tuesday with first-degree robbery.
— Joshua Patrick York, 33, was charged Tuesday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— Dominic Taron Simmons, 35, was charged Wednesday with third-degree escape and was served a warrant.

— At 4:42 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 142 Fifth St. concerning an assault.
— At 5:20 p.m. Monday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen credit card.
— At 5:39 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 22 Rowland Ave. concerning a bullet hole in a house.
— At 11:21 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning a possible abuse case.
— At 4:10 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 245 Carolina Ave. after a man broke windows at the caller’s apartment.
— At 8:15 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an emergency protection order.
— At 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive concerning an assault. Mario Dalton was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery.
— At 12:46 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1104 Dale Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 2:51 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1010 Bypass Road for a domestic disturbance.
— At 3:37 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 101 N. Main St. concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.
— At 5:01 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 311 Canewood Drive concerning an assault.
— At 6:09 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a stolen wallet.
— At 8:24 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen package.
— At 11:39 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 44 Seaboard St. concerning a stolen wallet.
— At 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning the unauthorized use of a credit card.
— At 8:42 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 368 E. Washington St. concerning an assault.

— From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 44 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases and four overdoses.
— At 1:03 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 843 Bypass Road.
— At 8:26 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 9:54 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 97 mile marker on Interstate 64.
