CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Ian Clark, 26, of 12 Village Drive, was charged Aug. 8 with driving under the influence (second offense), possession of marijuana, no registration plate, no insurance, no seat belt and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

— Alexandria Castro, 21, of 42 Wainscott Ave., was charged Aug. 11 with possession of marijuana.

— Michael Pergram, 43, of 268 Vaught Road, was charged Aug. 13 with driving under the influence, failure to wear seat belt and reckless driving.

— Myles A. Lightner, 28, of 429 Oxford Drive, was charged Saturday with speeding and driving under the influence.

— Jonathan G. Yeary, 22, of Eminence, was charged Saturday with speeding, expired registration plate and driving under the influence.

— Michael Pergram, 43, of 268A Vaught Road, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.

— Samuel R. Geddes, 19, of Clay City, was charged Sunday with possession of alcohol by a minor and driving under the influence.

— Natasha L. Meadows, 40, of 850 Bypass Road, was charged Sunday with expired operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card and driving under the influence.

— Eric Brown, 35, of 145 Sturbridge Lane, was charged Saturday with first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a controlled substance.

— William Eads, 39, of Lexington, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 11:55 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 208 Orchid Court concerning a theft of medication.

— At 6:22 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 11 Heather Lane Apt. 12 concerning a theft from a bank account.

— At 2:22 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 1504 Amster Grove Road concerning a stolen debit card.

— At 1:43 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 3220 Ford Hampton Road concerning a dispute over work not completed.

— At 7:13 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to Kiddville Road concerning a stolen utility trailer and tools.

— At 6 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 1859 Boonesboro Road concerning a theft of tools from a construction site. Someone also broke into the office.

— At 8:43 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 216 Inverness Lane after someone made fraudulent purchases with the caller’s debit card information.

— At 4:27 p.m. Wednesday deputies were called to 194 Bypass Road concerning a scam.

— At 4:06 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 784 Bushwood Lane concerning a stolen handgun.

— At 8:21 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 115 Watercrest Circle concerning the theft of a firearm and medication from a vehicle.

Accidents

— At 5:03 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which a vehicle driven by Michael K. Pergram of 268A Vaught Road went off the road and struck a mailbox. Then vehicle then overturned. Pergram was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 11:56 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Boonesboro Road.

— At 9:54 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 111 Carter Drive for an investigation.

— At 10:23 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 17 W. Lexington Ave. for an investigation.

— At 1:19 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.

— At 5:44 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Red River Road.

— At 7:22 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 311 Salem Ave.

— At 11:18 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Becknerville Road.

— At 11:49 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 7:33 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wades Mill Road.

— At 11:01 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Steve Court.

— At 5:20 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Miller Hunt Road.

Charged

— Alyssa M. Bailey, 31, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Alisha Lynn Campbell, 38, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Roman Dale Smith, 40, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.

— Sylvia A. Whittamore, 51, was charged Monday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Shawna Renee Bennett, 30, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— David Wellington Greene, 50, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.

— Christian Lee Holbrook, 46, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.

— Brandon Scott West, 29, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault.

— Jeffrey Scott Crowe, 57, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Jeremiah Taulbee, 36, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 2:55 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning counterfeit money.

— At 3:28 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 101 Bayberry Lane concerning the theft of two bicycles during the night.

— At 9:44 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning unauthorized charges on a bank card.

— At 10:52 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1392 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an unauthorized use of a debit card.

— At 1:41 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 2 Shoppers Drive concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 3:50 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department after someone tried to cash two checks in the caller’s name.

— At 4:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive after someone broke into a residence and took items including firearms.

— At 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Shawna Renee Bennett was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 2.5 S. Burns Ave. after someone broke into an apartment.

— At 8:59 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 2.5 S. Burns Ave. for a fight in progress.

— At 2:48 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning the theft of a tool box on Jackson Street.

— At 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Clark County Community Services, 30 Taylor Ave., concerning a woman stealing from the donation box.

 

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 32 general medical calls, 11 cardiac cases, nine respiratory cases, one diabetic case, three seizures, one stroke and one overdose.

— At 11:30 a.m. Monday firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1221 Bypass Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 10:16 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 201 N. Main St.

— At 10:16 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 360 Mount Sterling Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 7:13 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St. It was a false alarm.
