Hearing Tuesday for Colby Road development

The Winchester-Clark County Planning Commission will have a public hearing Tuesday, Sept. 1, at 7 p.m. on a proposed major subdivision at 5609 Colby Road at the intersection of Venable Road and Colby.
According to the Planning Commission, Porter Place, the owner-applicant, is proposing 12 tracts ranging in size from 2.468 to 8.721 acres.

Also on the agenda are several items tabled from the Aug. 4 public hearing for 2435 Flanagan Station Road, 1330 W. Lexington Ave., 12773 Ironworks Road; review of a zoning map amendments for 6.131 acres at 1995 McClure Road from agricultural (A-1) to single-family residential (R-1C) use and 61.72 acres at 1305 Irvine Road from agricultural (A-1) to planned development (PD) zoning.
