Thomas Stamper, Jr., 81, husband of Thelma Wilcox Stamper, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020 at Baptist Health Hospital.

A native of Clark County, Kentucky, he was born on June 28, 1939, to the late Thomas and Gentry Willoughby Stamper. He was retired from the City of Winchester.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Susie (David) McBee.

He was preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings.

Services will be at 2 p.m., Friday, Sept. 4, 2020, at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Billy Keller.

Burial will follow in Winchester Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be his son-in-law and nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be Buddy Proctor, Ronnie Manns, Bill Wilcox, Raymond Wilcox, Daniel Bailey and is corn toss buddies.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service Friday.
