CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Kelli S. Braxdale, 41, of 67 Memorial Park, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking more than $500.

Reports

— At 1:29 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Bypass Road concerning a hit and run accident.

— At 5:04 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to West Broadway Street concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 11:09 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road, concerning an assault between two residents.

— At 12:14 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Save-A-Lot, 755 Ecton Road, concerning an employee taking products and cash totaling $2,326.24 over the course of several months. Kelli Braxdale was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Accidents

— At 5:13 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident near the 3-mile marker on the Mountain Parkway in which Edithe C. Fields of Hazard was traveling west when her vehicle hydroplaned and she lost control. Her vehicle went into a ditch. Fields and her passenger, Harold Roark of Salyersville, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

— At 4:51 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 96-mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 5:13 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 4-mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 7:21 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Cunningham Lane.

— At 9:44 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 100-mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 1:56 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hibiscus Lane.

— At 2:06 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hibiscus Lane.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— James Ross Baker, 26, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Mary Lynn Ripy, 25, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and was served a warrant.

— James Richard Ross, 45, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Allen W. Tankersley, 46, was charged Monday with driving under the influence and failure to or improper signal.

— Zaire Kadeem Dudley, 26, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

— Kyle J. Hicks, 31, was charged Tuesday with second-degree escape.

— Alyssa M. Bailey, 31, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear.

— Tavian Tyler Daugherty, 21, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Lavena E. Fuson, 44, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 12:37 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 502 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an online theft from a bank account.

— At 10:20 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 16 S. Highland St. concerning a theft of tools.

— At 1:12 p.m. Monday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an identity theft complaint.

— At 2:29 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a suspected shoplifter. James Richard Ross was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 3:13 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Mary Lynn Ripy and James Ross Baker were arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 1:24 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning the theft of a wedding band from a vehicle.

— At 2:56 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 14 W. Washington St. concerning an assault.

— At 8:31 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive for a domestic disturbance. Zaire Dudley was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass.

— At 5:14 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 410 E. Broadway St. after catalytic converters were stolen from two vehicles.

— From Monday through Thursday morning, EMS personnel responded to 31 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one seizure.

— At 7:53 a.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 90-mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 4:51 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 96-mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 5:13 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 4-mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 10:47 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 250 N. Main St. It was a false alarm.

— At 10:59 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 435 E. Washington St. It was a false alarm.

— At 7:57 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 310 Pepperwood Court. It was a false alarm.
