— At 4:21 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 94 mile marker.

— At 5:44 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 10-mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 8:53 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 96-mile marker on Interstate 64.

Charged

—William Robert Bowman, 27, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Gabrielle Caldwell, 31, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Sean L. Chasteen, 33, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Lacricia Rachelle Fields, 29, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and second-degree promoting contraband.

— James C. Stevens, 33, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— James Wesley Williams, 40, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking (auto) and theft by unlawful taking (firearm).

— James Dewayne Bowman, 46, was charged Friday with receiving stolen property and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— David John Carie, 56, was charged Friday as a fugitive from another state.

— Karen R. Crawford, 62, was charged Friday with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Donnie Lee Frye, 37, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, first-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, theft of identity, falsely reporting an incident, driving on a suspended operators’ license and was served a parole violation warrant.

— George Nelson Johnson, 18, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary.

– Sarah Rae Kelly, 34, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault.

— James Eric Stamper, 38, was charged Saturday with public intoxication, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

— Chuck Gordon Webb, 35, was charged Saturday with first-degree burglary.

— Shelby T. Whisman, 29, was charged Friday with first-degree wanton endangerment.

— At 12:24 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft after a person made a down payment on a car but never received the car.

— At 1:10 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Buckner and Broadway streets concerning a stolen pickup truck. James Wesley Williams was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 2:09 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 565 Market St. after a person broke a window at a house.

— At 3:02 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft complaint. Gabrielle Caldwell and Sean L. Chasteen were arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 4:49 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 425 S. Main St. after someone broke into the caller’s apartment.

— At 8:44 a.m. Friday, officers tool a report at the police department concerning a person making racial slurs outside Walmart.

— At 10:08 a.m. Friday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an assault.

— At 11:06 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 259 Cross Brook Court concerning a theft of change and drugs from a vehicle.

— At 12:50 p.m. Friday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an identity theft complaint.

— At 2:12 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 314 E. Broadway St. concerning an assault. Sarah Rae Kelly was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 3:20 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 52 Flanagan St. concerning a theft of tools from a vehicle.

— At 4:14 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 565 Market St. concerning a stolen truck.

— At 5:11 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 44 Seaboard St. concerning a stolen refrigerator.

— At 9:15 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 202 Central Ave. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 12:09 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive for a breaking and entering complaint.

— At 12:56 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an abuse complaint.

— At 8:17 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1434 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an intoxicated man opening packages. James Eric Stamper was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:18 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 300 C.G. Stephenson Drive after the residents found a male passed out on the living room floor. George Nelson Johnson was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.

— At 9:21 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Wheeler Avenue and Beckner Street concerning an assault.

— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 52 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, six diabetic cases, one stroke and one overdose.

— At 1:12 p.m. Friday, officers were called to the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St., for an alarm sounding. It was a false alarm.

— At 3:39 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at East Broadway Street and Smith Avenue.

— At 10:24 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 101-mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 4:19 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 94 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 5:44 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 10-mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
