CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:39 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a shed fire on Waveland Avenue.

— At 4:30 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 6:38 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, Glenway Road.

— At 6:39 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Laura Drive for a report of smoke in the area.

— At 10:06 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Van Meter Road.

— At 10:13 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, Glenway Road.

— At 10:56 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Colby Road.

— At 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Iron Works and Goosey roads.

— From Monday to Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 36 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one stroke and three overdoses.

— At 4:29 p.m. Monday, emergency personnel responded to an accident at the 93-mile marker on Interstate 64 eastbound.

— At 9:19 p.m. Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident at Ironwork,s and Goosey roads.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Troy William Fugate, 50, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.

— Christina L. Kemmeter, 34, was charged Tuesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Eric Virgil Brown, 35, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Robert Virgil Pensol, 46, was charged Wednesday with alcohol intoxication in a pubic place and second-degree disorderly conduct.

— At 12:32 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 221 College St. for a possible 911 hang-up call. Police arrested Troy William Fugate for fourth-degree assault.

— At 12:43 p.m. Monday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 12:46 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Hiawatha Trail after someone broke into vehicle and took personal information.

— At 2:03 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to East Washington Street concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 5:11 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Holly Avenue concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen debit card.

— At 6:22 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Linden Avenue concerning a stolen backpack and laptop computer.

— At 9:13 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report at the police department for an emergency protection order.

— At 11:09 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Winn Avenue for a burglary complaint.

— At 12:19 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to East Broadway Street concerning needles found on the ground.

— At 12:24 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to Canewood Drive concerning stolen medication.

— At 1:08 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to Linden Lane concerning a gunshot heard in the area.

— At 1:14 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to Finley Road concerning a phone scam.

— At 5:53 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to Holly Avenue concerning someone attempting to break into a vehicle.

 

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Timothy C. Halsey, 52, of Cook Avenue, was charged Monday with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 1:57 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Colby Road concerning a damaged brick mailbox.
