John William Clark, 81, widower of June Delaney Clark, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020. 

A native of Clark County, Kentucky, he was born on Jan. 10, 1939, to the late Cecil and Francis Bailey Shumate. 

He retired from The Allen Company, where he worked for more than 30 years.

Survivors include his son, Bill (Debbie) Clark; daughter, Debbie Clark Lowe; grandson, Marcus Brandon Clark (Tiffany) Brown; granddaughter, Ashleigh (Matt) Gillette; four great-grandchildren and one sister, Janet Sue Sexton.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
