WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— John C. McCormick, 49, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Justin Davis, 36, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Zaire Kadeem Dudley, 26, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest and was served a warrant for second-degree assault and second-degree burglary.
— Darcy A. Fannin, 47, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Donald L. Lenarz, 38, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of burglary tools.
— Christopher Dale Perry, 47, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Michaela A. Roberts, 39, was charged Sunday with careless driving and driving under the influence.
— Kayla A. Swanson, 32, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:36 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a theft of packages.
— At 2:18 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Buckner Street concerning a stolen bicycle.
— At 6:27 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a theft of items from the back of a truck.
— At 9:34 a.m. Friday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning a theft of tires.
— At 8:19 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Memorial Park after someone broke into a residence and stole peanut butter.
— At 9:31 p.m. Friday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen
— At 11:38 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a gift card scam.
— At 2:33 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report at the police department concerning unauthorized purchases using the caller’s credit card information.
— At 5:56 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Hiawatha Trail concerning the theft of a firearm.
— At 6:56 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Rural King, Bypass Road, concerning a theft of tools. Christopher Dale Perry was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
— At 2:47 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Clay Street concerning a building on fire where someone may be living.
— At 10:20 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Byrd Avenue concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 12:24 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Dale Drive concerning a theft of tools from a trailer.
— At 1:06 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue concerning a theft.
— At 6:12 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Rolling Hills Lane after a person damaged a vehicle.
Accidents
— At 3:05 p.m. Oct. 12, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Apolonio Gutierrez of East Washington Street was turning on to Bypass Road from McCormick Drive to allow a truck to make a turn. His vehicle struck another on Bypass Road, driven by Catherine Banks of Muddy Creek Road. Banks was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
— At 1:22 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to an injury accident on Boone Avenue in which Daniel H. Loveland of Hampton Avenue was stopped to turn from Boone Avenue onto Hampton Avenue when his vehicle was struck from behind by one driven by Brandon Hall of Cook Avenue. Hall told officers he did not see the stopped vehicle. Hall and one passenger, Kimberly Lucas, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 40 general medical calls, eight cardiac cases, eight respiratory cases, one diabetic case, two seizures, two overdoses and one obstetric case.
— At 9:45 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on East Broadway Street. It was a false alarm.
– At 3:18 p.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Rockwell and Clintonville roads.
— At 6:36 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Pedro Way. It was a false alarm.
— At 6:25 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to assist Clark County Fire Department with a call on Ecton Road.
— At 5:48 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a tree fire on Hamilton Street.
— At 2:47 a.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to Clay Street for an outbuilding fire.
— At 11:48 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Buckner Street.
— At 1:24 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Boone and Hampton avenues.
— At 6:30 a.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 10:46 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm on Sierra Court.
— At 11:09 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Kiddville Road.
— At 3:17 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Rockwell and Clintonville roads.
— At 8:22 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Ecton Road for a possible structure fire. It was a controlled burn.
— At 4:32 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a mutual aid call from Powell County.
— At 8:17 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to Quisenberry Lane for an investigation.
— At 8:32 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to Westmeade Drive for an investigation.
— At 10:18 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hibiscus Lane.
— At 11:50 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a hazardous material incident on Iron Works Road.
— At 6:29 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 101 mile marker on Interstate 64.
