The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 12, 2020, with Judge William Engle presiding.

• Edwin M. Leis, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; public intoxication, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 days concurrent; sentencing Dec. 10.

• Christy J. King, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, diverted for three years; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

• Michael Trent, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation revoked, sentence imposed.

• James Townsend, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

• James B. Townsend, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to three years, concurrent to previous case.
