A pair of Clark County residents were indicted after they allegedly assaulted a father and son during a property dispute.

Paris Green, 34, of Athens Boonesboro Road and 18-year-old Jonathan Wagoner of West Lexington Avenue, were indicted Nov. 13 by the Clark County grand jury for second-degree assault.
