WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

• From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 32 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, one diabetic case, four seizures, one stroke and one overdose.

• At 3:48 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Lexington Avenue.

• At 4:48 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Fifth Street.

• At 8:19 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Sydney Court.

• At 5:46 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Boonesboro Road and Quisenberry Lane between a vehicle and a deer.

• At 6:30 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Pedro Way.

• At 2:01 p.m. .Sunday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Van Meter Road.

• At 6:58 p.m. Sunday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

• At 3:03 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Sandra Drive.

• At 7:56 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hibiscus Lane.

• At 12:35 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke in the area of the 5 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

• At 12:42 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Schollsville Road.

• At 5:47 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Boonesboro Road and Quisenberry Lane.

• At 12:49 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Fontaine Boulevard.

• At 2:01 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Van Meter Road.

• At 6:58 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 91 mile marker in Interstate 64.

 

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

• Kimberly Y. Ingram, no age given, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), illegal possession of a legend drug, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Stephanie Nicole Morris, 37, was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

• Richard Saunders Gussler, 43, was charged Sunday with public intoxication, possession of marijuana and improper registration place.

• Wesley B. Short, 43, was charged Friday with driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.

• Rhonda Caudill Stacy, 45, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking.

• At 4:35 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue for concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

• At 8:51 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Boone Avenue concerning a stolen vehicle.

• At 11:16 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Hamilton Street after someone broke into a residence.

• At 11:44 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a terroristic threatening complaint between neighbors.

• At 3:43 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a person trying to cash a fake check for $3,300. Stephanie Morris was arrested on multiple charges.

• At 5:30 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Oxford Drive concerning a stolen package.

• At 10:43 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Elizabeth Street concerning a stolen Apple watch.

• At 12:14 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Kiwi Drive after two people broke into a residence and assaulted the caller and his daughter.

• At 2:28 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to North Maple Street for an alarm sounding.

• At 3 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a stolen truck.

• At 3:03 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Brink Avenue for a shots fired complaint.

• At 5:37 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report at the police department concerning an unauthorized purchase on a debit card.

• At 9:02 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Carolina Avenue concerning a theft from a bank account.

• At 9:22 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Buckingham Lane concerning a stolen vehicle. The keys were left in the vehicle.

• At 12:14 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Buckingham Lane concerning the theft of a nurse’s bag.

• At 2:07 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Colby Ridge Boulevard concerning a theft of a purse from a vehicle.

• At 8:27 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Hughes Avenue concerning a stolen vehicle.

• At 8:41 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a theft.

Accidents

• At 6:30 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on Pedro Way in which Chandler Howard of Inverness Lane said he was turning onto Bypass Road and collided with an oncoming vehicle driven by Mark Smith of Vaught Court. A passenger in Smith’s vehicle, Tracie Singleton of Holiday Road, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
