Elsie Mae Wells, 93, wife of James Donald Wells, passed away on Monday, Nov. 30, 2020, at Fountain Circle Care and Rehabilitation.

A native of Clark County, Kentucky, she was born on Sept. 11, 1927, to the late Norvil and Dollie Barnett Willoughby.

She was a homemaker.

In addition to her loving husband of 66 years, she is survived by two children, Connie Wells (Terry) Benson and Terry (Margaret) Wells; three grandchildren, Lori Keene, Jesse Keene and Luke Wells; four great-grandchildren, Sydney, Noah, Emma and Christian Keene; three sisters, Bonnie Riggs, Loretta Fields and Louise Barker; and several nieces and nephews.

Due to government guidelines services will be private at Scobee Funeral Home with Pastor Ronald Parker officiating. Burial will be in Clarmont Memorial Gardens.
