CLARK COUNTY FIRE
• At 10:49 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Midway Road.
• At 2 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ford Hampton Road.
• At 4:20 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Paris and General roads.
• At 8:23 a.m. Tuesday firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lexington Road.
• At 7:23 a.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Woodduck Court.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
• Clay Preston Rowsey, 60, was charged Monday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
• Robert Ray Shelley, 43, was charged Wednesday with flagrant non-support.
• James S. Woodard, 42, was charged Wednesday with first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.
Reports
• At 9:50 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Mutual Avenue after someone broke into a truck and stole tools and collectible cards.
• At 6:53 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Bypass Road after someone stole a purse from a vehicle.
• At 1:05 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Strode Station Circle concerning a stolen wallet.
• At 7:32 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Hiawatha Trail after a handgun was stolen from a vehicle.

Reports
• At 2 p.m. Dec. 1, deputies were called to Lexington Road after the caller received a debit card which she did not request.
• At 5:35 p.m. Dec. 1, deputies were called to Mallard Lane for an identity theft complaint after someone used the caller’s information to obtain prescriptions.
• At 11:55 p.m. Dec. 1, deputies were called to Calmes Boulevard concerning a stolen vehicle.
• At 10:32 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Muddy Creek Road after someone broke into a shed and stole tools.
• At 2:58 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Calloway White Road concerning a theft of farm equipment.
• At 4:48 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Ecton Road after someone stole a decal from the caller’s license plate.
Accidents
• At 6:51 p.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Veterans Memorial Parkway in which a vehicle driven by Angeles Neria of Williamsburg Drive, Winchester, was turning left and turned in front of another vehicle, driven by Kaitlyn F. Peters of Richmond. Neria was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
• From Monday through Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 34 general medical calls, seven cardiac cases, five respiratory cases, one diabetic case and one overdose.
• At 5:30 a.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.
• At 2:24 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on West Lexington Avenue. It was a false alarm.
• At 4:47 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a smell of smoke in a residence on Ascot Avenue.
• At 4:20 a.m. Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Paris Road and General Lane.
• At 6:36 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a smell of gas at April and Pedro ways.
• At 1 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to North Main Street for a report of smoke in a building. It was caused by WMU conducting smoke testing in the area.
• At 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on West Lexington Avenue. It was a false alarm.
• At 4:53 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Bypass Road.
• At 6:52 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Ecton Road.
