Rosa Lee Baker, 76, wife of Willard Baker, passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020, at her home.

She was born on Sept. 8, 1944, in Clark County to the late Forrest “John” and Zefa May Kirby Willoughby.

She was a homemaker.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, John Wayne and Amy Baker, Rose Adkins, Michael Ray and Becky Baker, and Virginia Mae and Ivon Miller; one sister, Betty Lou Barnett; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and a special friend, Diane Wireman.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings, Martha Holland, Stanley Clay Willoughby and Billy Ray Willoughby.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020, at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Joe Price.

Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, at Scobee Funeral Home.
