CLARK COUNTY FIRE
• At 8:45 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a fire involving grass, hay and a tree at Boonesboro and Old Boonesboro roads.
• At 10:33 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Treehaven Drive.
• At 5:58 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a brush fire on Trapp Goffs Corner Road.
• At 8:42 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Mount Sterling and Cabin Creek roads.
• At 2:19 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Killarney Drive.
• At 4:45 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Colby Road.
• At 6:59 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Vanover Way.
• At 5:53 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Kiddville Road.

• At 7:40 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Jackson Ferry Road.
• At 4:32 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Cherokee Drive.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
• James C. Neal, 58, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
• Doris M. Cole, 55, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence, failure to maintain insurance, driving on a suspended operator’s license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting contraband.
• Isaiah Brock Fletcher, 34, was charged Saturday with disregarding a stop sign, failure to illuminate headlights and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (second offense).
• Antonio Ramirez Garcia, 24, was charged Friday with driving under the influence and no operator’s license.
• Orrill Brent Martin, 57, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.
• Jody G. Nipper, 47, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• At 4:59 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Oxford Drive concerning a stolen television and other property.
• At 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Speedway, South Maple Street, concerning a stolen cell phone.
• At 9:20 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report at the police department concerning a stolen vehicle.
• At 12:31 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report at the police department for a property damage complaint.
• At 10:07 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Ashland Avenue after several items were stolen from a vehicle.
• At 8:20 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Oxford Drive concerning a stolen package.
• At 1:14 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Memorial Park for a fight in progress.
• At 11:52 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Brooks Place Way after someone attempted to break into an automated teller machine.
• At 6:26 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Shoppers Village Plaza concerning a stolen cell phone.
• At 9:03 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, Bypass Road, concerning a person concealing merchandise. Orrill Martin was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
• From Wednesday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 41 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one diabetic case, one seizure, three strokes, four overdoses and one obstetric case.
• At 8:42 p.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Mount Sterling and Cabin Creek roads.
• At 9:37 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Beverly White Towers, North Maple Street.
• At 3:02 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a trash fire on Clay Street.
• At 4:45 p.m. Thursday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Colby Road.
• At 12:20 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, Wall Street.
• At 5:53 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Kiddville Road.
• At 6:01 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 2 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
• At 6:13 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Kiddville Road.
• At 11:02 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an unauthorized couch fire on South Main Street. The fire was extinguished.
