Reports

• At 4:41 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to Kimberly Drive concerning a person writing unauthorized checks on the caller’s account.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

• Timothy Leon Biggs, 52, was charged Friday with criminal possession of a forged instrument and was served two warrants.

• Judon Deante Cardell, 39, was charged Friday with criminal possession of a gorged instrument, second-degree escape, first-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal mischief.

• Kenneth Dewayne Edwards, 20, was charged Friday with possession of a defaced firearm, receiving stolen property over $10,000 and custodial interference.

• Kimberly Y. Ingram, 54, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (three counts), third-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Ryan Michael Keinath, 33, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest.

– Abby Ann Moore, no age given, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

• Elizabeth D. Rothwell, 37, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary.

— Mary M. Rothwell, 57, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary.

Reports

• At 10:26 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning the theft of a hair dryer.

• At 2:27 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to East Washington Street concerning an assault. The victim said she was not allowed to leave the apartment for several days.

• At 5:23 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Stamper Drive after someone broke into a vehicle.

• At 2:35 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Pioneer Drive concerning two men trying to pass fake checks. Judon Cardell and Timothy Biggs were arrested on multiple charges.

• At 8:55 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, Bypass Road, concerning a tehft of clothes.

• At 8:56 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to West Lexington Avenue after a concrete guard was damaged.

• At 11:11 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Lincoln Street after a windshield was broken on a vehicle.

• At 12:46 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a stolen debit card, cash and gift cards.

• At 5:28 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Tyler Banks Court after someone broke into a residence.

• At 5:03 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Mockingbird Valley Road concerning an assault. Brian Keinath was arrested on multiple charges.

• At 5:18 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Stamper Drive after a stolen wallet was recovered.

Accidents

• At 4:38 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which a vehicle driven by Courtney Pasley of Oxford Drive was traveling east when she heard something pop and she lost control of her vehicle, which then struck two vehicles on the King Brothers used car lot. Pasley was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

• From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 43 general medical calls, nine cardiac cases, 11 respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, four seizures and three overdoses.

• At 4:39 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on West Lexington Avenue.

• At 6:20 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Winchester Police Department, South Maple Street.

• At 2:23 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Foxboro Court.

• At 8:40 a.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Munch’s Corner and Grimes Mill roads.

• At 9:05 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an electrical fire on Westwood Drive.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

• At 7:48 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Chardonnay Court.

• At 2:22 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Foxboro Court.

• At 8:46 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Much’s Corner and Grimes Mill roads.

• At 10:22 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Red River Road.

• At 10:52 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Clmes Boulevard.

• At 2:12 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, Glenway Road.

• At 11:42 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 10 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
