Charles David True, 62, passed away on Jan. 16, 2021. He was born Sept. 14, 1958, in Dixon, Tenn., to the late Charles David True, Sr. and Pearl Wilson True, of Winchester, Ky. He was employed for 38 years with the Winchester Farm Dairy. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Peggy Johnson True, three sisters; Brenda Gross and Debbie Nunn of Winchester and Mary Barrows of Connecticut; three stepdaughters a stepson, and two nephews. Burial was in the Winchester Cemetery on Jan. 19, 2021. Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
