CLARK COUNTY FIRE

• At 1 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Treehaven Drive for a service call

• At 4:07 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on White Conkwright Road.

• At 4:26 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Paisley Court for a smell of smoke in a residence.

• At 4:57 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Foxglove Lane for a tree in utility lines.

• At 5:56 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Ford Hampton Road for a tree in utility lines.

• At 10:13 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Miller Hunt Road.

• At 2:36 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

• From Sunday through Wednesday morning, EMS personnel responded to 47 general medical calls, three respiratory calls and two diabetic calls.

• At 6:28 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a smell of smoke in an apartment at Brown Proctor Apartments, South Main Street.

• At 9:05 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Bypass Road for smoke in a building.

• At 11:56 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 94 mile marker on Interstate 64.

• At 3:20 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 7 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

• At 10:22 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to South Highland Street for downed utility lines.

• At 11:58 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Irvine Road for a downed utility line.

• At 3:32 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to New Street for a downed utility line.

• At 6:11 a.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Revilo Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

• James Dale Carmack, 36, was charged Tuesday with trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Chassidy Ann Carter, no age given, was charged Feb. 12 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree promoting contraband.

• Devin Lane Dishman, 18, was charged Tuesday with trafficking in marijuana and was served a warrant.

• Abram Darnell Huguely, 53, was charged Feb. 12 with fourth-degree assault.

• Heather Renee Mahan, 36, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and second-degree criminal trespass.

• Michael Sean Tuttle, 44, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking and second-degree criminal trespass.

• At 2:30 p.m. Feb. 10, officers took a report at the police department concerning a person filing a tax return using the caller’s information.

• At 1:51 a.m. Feb. 11, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning an assault.

• At 10:20 a.m. Feb. 12, officers were called to Bypass Road concerning a theft. Chassidy Ann Carter was arrested on multiple charges.

• At 10:53 a.m. Feb. 12, officers were called to Est Hickman Street concerning a possible stolen phone.

• At 12:15 p.m. Feb. 12, officers were called to College Street after someone broke into a residence and stole tools.

• At 8:38 p.m. Feb. 12, officers were called to Oxford Drive for a fight in progress. Abram Huguely was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

• At 5:10 p.m. Feb. 13, officers were called to Winn Avenue concerning a theft of tools and camping equipment.

• At 2:51 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to College Street concerning an assault.

• At 4:50 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to MAgnolia Street after a person broke into a residence.

• At 7:17 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Walmart, Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Heather Renee Mahan and Michael Sean Tuttle were arrested on multiple charges.
