Diana L. Faulconer, 72, widow of James H. “Butch” Faulconer, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on Jan. 29, 1949, to Clara Lee Tatum. She was a certified nurse’s aide and medical technician. Diana was a Civitan club member and a member of Winchester Elks Lodge for over 10 years.

Survivors include her son, Paul (Becky) Faulconer; niece, Christy Grayson; nephew, Jeffery Todd Faulconer; great niece and nephew, Ashley, and Jarett Smith; sisters-in-law, Peggy Grayson, Teresa Elder, Pamela Jean Henry, and Diane Faulconer; and Kimmy Jo, who was just like a daughter.

In addition to her mother and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, John Paul Grayson.

Diana had a last request that she be remembered as she was: all the good times, her love of people, and the love she received in return was always a blessing. She asks that we always respect our flag and honor all veterans and those serving now.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
