Donna Joyce Tallent Cochran, 73, wife of Kevin Cochran, Sr., passed away on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021, at Clark Regional Medical Center. She was born in Covington, Kentucky, on Aug. 31, 1947, to the late Mildred Williams. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Kevin (Jenny) Cochran, Jr.; and four grandchildren, Seth Cochran, Kamryn Cochran, Cece Mattingly, and Aiden Cochran; several extended family members and friends. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25, 2021, at Scobee Funeral Home.
