Bobby Ray Dailey, 85, widower of Bessie Conder Dailey for 65 years, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021. He was born September 13, 1935, to the late Henry Carter and Edna Lee Dailey in Winchester. Bobby was retired from Bundy Tubing and Clark Co. Road Dept. and member of Grace Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters; Cathy D. (Robert) Hillard and Suzanne D (Robert) Martin, both of Winchester; Siblings, Patsy Rudder, Doris Hyatt and Henry Carter Dailey, Jr.; grandchildren Christen(Michael) Sapp, Beth Anne Hillard, Benjamin (Julie) Martin and Niki (Jon) Burton; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death also by eight siblings. Private graveside service will be at noon Thursday at Boonesboro Cemetery, Pastor Pat Finley officiating. Pall bearers will be Jim and Tim Conder . John Carter Lamb, Michael Sapp, Dan Brothers and Jerry Anderson. There will be no visitation. Special thanks to Kelli Wallace and staff of Hospice East.
