Clark County residents, farmers and businesses impacted by the recent floods are eligible for support from the Appalachian Kentucky Local Business Flood Relief Fund, the Appalachian Kentucky Small Farm Relief Fund and a fund for residents.

The Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Clark Foundation and other local groups are putting the word out about the aid.

Residents affected in neighboring counties of Powell, Estill, or Wolfe counties that were hit hard by the flooding are also eligible to apply.
