My family and I have lived in Winchester now almost two years.  We enjoy the Beer Cheese Festival, Daniel Boone Festival, and the lovely downtown shopping.  In fact, we are pleased with most all services and conveniences offered in Winchester, except for the post office. The staff at the Winchester post office are kind and  helpful, but the facility is filthy! I even mentioned it to the clerk this past week and she gave me a number on my receipt to complain to. I called the number and it was not operable. I spoke with a friend from the Mt. Sterling post office and they said they have heard that the Winchester post office was not being taken care of and that they heard a local church was going to send volunteers to clean it! How ridiculous! In fact, I am concerned that the COVID cleaning standards are not being followed by a government establishment. I shudder to touch the doors or counters every time I go in. Please, someone give me a contact to report this issue to.
