Arrests, March 26-28
• Julie M. Brooks, 35, public intoxication involving a controlled substance, buying/possessing drug paraphernalia/ first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, trafficking in a controlled substance first offense.
• Billy C. Christopher, 42, served a warrant from another police agency.
• Owen C. Crowe, served a bench warrant for court.
• Henry Derks 39, served two warrants for another police agency.
• Austin L. Evans, 26, disregarding a traffic control device, no or expired registration plates, possession of marijuana, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
• Anthony Scott Hisle, 35, public intoxication involving a controlled substance.
• Glen Edward Keene, 34, served a warrant for another police agency.
• Jason Calvin Mayes, 35, public intoxication involving a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second offense.
• Lindsay Miller, 36, theft by deception (cold checks) under $500.
• Randall W. Miller, 35, served a warrant for another police agency.
• Sandra Gail Risner, 39, served a warrant for another police agency.
• Robert Allen Short, 41, operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, failure to use child restraint device.

• On March 26, Winchester Police responded to a non-injury accident at 6:35 a.m. at Paris Road and Interstate 64.
• Police administered Narcan to an overdose victim on Georgia Street at 7:05 a.m. March 26.
• At 9:19 a.m. March 26, police responded to a vehicle accident with property damage at Lexington Avenue and Main Street.
• At 4:28 p.m. on March 26, police responded to a vehicle accident with property damage at Lexington Avenue and Thoroughbred.
• At 6:26 p.m. on March 26, police responded to a vehicle accident with property damage at 1478 W. Lexington Ave.
• On March 27, at 3:08 p.m., police responded to a vehicle accident with property damage at Highland and Broadway.
• At 5:38 p.m. on March 27, police responded to a vehicle accident with property damage at 200 Maryland Ave.
• Police responded to an overdose at 6:38 p.m. March 27 on Crawford Avenue.
• At 6:51 p.m. March 27, police got a report of a stolen or unauthorized use of a vehicle. The complainant said he went into a store and left a friend waiting in his car, and when he came back out, it was gone and is friend wouldn’t answer his phone.
• At 4:09 p.m. on March 28, someone reported to police that their Galaxy phone had been stolen at 39 S. Maple St.
• On March 28 at 1:50 p.m., police responded to a report of an assault at 425 S. Main St.
