Reva Jane Stanfield Miller took her last breath in her home on April 18, 2021. She was 75 years old. Born on Sept. 18, 1945, in Winchester, Kentucky, to Elizabeth Tomlin and Ocie Stanfield, Reva was not only beautiful but also determined, fearless, confident, and absolutely devoted to her family.

Reva was the third oldest of six children and the eldest of her sisters. The three sister’s devotion to each other was unbreakable. Reva had a zest for life and was a lover of travel, but she always called Winchester her home.

Reva spent her career as a caregiver, which suited her because she was always taking care of someone, whether a friend or a family member. No one could escape Reva’s kindness, for she was always helping others whenever possible.

Outside of taking care of her family, Reva was a fantastic cook. She was also a lover of animals, an avid quilter, a skilled marksman, and enjoyed fishing.

Reva left behind her beloved husband of eleven years, Charles Miller, her brothers Otis (Barbara) Stanfield and Leonard Hall, and her sisters Arlene Fugate and Catherine Hall Campbell. She will also be remembered with love by numerous nieces and nephews, including Tony Stanfield, Cynthia “Cindy” Wills, Jeanie Byrd, Jonathan Campbell, Daniel Campbell, Johanna Hall-Rappolee, Kylie Rappolee, Meredith Campbell, and Nathan Campbell. Reva was predeceased by her parents, and a nephew, Robert Ashley.

Reva’s family will have a graveside burial at the Winchester Cemetery on Friday at 1:00 PM. Sign the online guestbook at www.ScobeeFuneralHome.com. Those who were fortunate enough to know her may join us to reminisce. Together we will heal in memory of our beloved Reva.
