Winchester Police Department incident reports, April 12-13

– At midnight on April 12, someone reported to Winchester Police that there was drug activity every two hours at an address in the 400 block of Lexington Avenue. At 4 a.m. and 10 p.m., police received other complaints about the same thing at the same address

– Police responded to a a one-vehicle injury accident at 7:32 a.m. April 12 at the corner of Boone Avenue and Manor. The car hit a pole.

– At 1:24 p.m. April 12, police received a report of theft at 515 W. Lexington Ave. A mechanic said someone stole his tools, company phone, computers and other items from the business.

– Police received a complaint at 1:53 p.m. April 12 from a man in Thoroughbred Plaza who said he got a call that his daughter had been kidnapped and telling him to send money to an address in Mexico.

– The night of April 12, police received a complaint about a hit and run on East Broadway.

– At midnight on April 13, someone reported to Winchester Police that there was drug activity every two hours at an address in the 400 block of Lexington Avenue. An officer investigated and found nothing out of the ordinary.

– On April 13, a 7-year-old told his counselor that his mother’s boyfriend hit him in the mouth. The incident happened on Magnolia Street.

– At 12:07 p.m., police received a report of breaking and entering at 143 Sunset Heights and were given a list of missing items.

– Just before 5 p.m. on April 13, police received a complaint from 211 Connie Lane about fraudulent use of a credit card. Someone charged $500 on her debit card at Kroger.

– At 7:27 p.m., someone at 147 Magnolia St. complained that someone had broken out the window of a truck.
