Thomas D. “Doug” Crowe, Jr., 77, husband of Charlotte M. Crowe, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at his home. A native of Winchester, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary E. Crowe. Doug was the owner of Temptrol Inc., an Industrial and Commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Company. He was the Chaplain of the Winchester Gideon Camp since 2011 and a member of Grace Baptist Church in Winchester. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served as a Machinist Mate 2nd Class 1964-1968.

In addition to his loving wife of 52 years and 11 months, he is survived by his daughter, Cheryll Crowe Johnson, and her husband, Erik, and a granddaughter, Bristol Johnson, all of Versailles, Kentucky.

Services will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 17, 2021, at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel by Pastors Pat Finley and Charlie Walton. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jesse Sparks, Larry Cockrell, Rodney Courtney, Rodney Craig, David Whiteman, Dodd Dixon, Bob Quick, and Sam Glenn. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Winchester Gideon Camp and Charlie Walton’s Sunday School class at Grace Baptist Church.
