Beulah Mae Rupard, 91, widow of Edward Allen Rupard, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021, at Madison Health and Rehabilitation in Richmond. She was born in Irvine, Kentucky, on Feb. 5, 1930, to the late Herman and Nannie Mae Jones Faulkner. She was retired from the Clark County Board of Education.
She is survived by her sister, Ann F. Pendleton, several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00AM, Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Winchester Cemetery.
