The second of Downtown Winchester’s Rock the Block summer music series was held from 7-9 p.m. Friday; July 9. Performing on the courthouse steps were The Twiggenburys; a Brit-rock band out of Lexington. In addition; the Remember When The Cruiserz car show took place simultaneously; with custom and vintage vehicles lining up downtown. – Photos by Dillan Combs
