Shelby Leeann Moore, 18, passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Winchester, Kentucky, on March 25, 2003, to Robbin Moore and Kari Smith Green. She was a member of Forest Grove Christian Church.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her stepparents, Dwayne Green and Christy Moore; sister, Hali Miller; stepbrother, Dwayne L. Green; grandmothers, Shirley Smith, and Joyce Henry; aunts, Jeannetta Smith, Jennifer Tolson, and Brittney Haskins; uncle, Dwayne (Frankie) Moore, Jeff (Lynda) Moore, Todd (Lori) Moore, and Gary Smith; best friends, Samantha Wasson, and Emaleigh Halter; several extended family members and friends.

Services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, August 12, 2021, at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel by Pastor Steven Moore with cremation to follow. Honorary pallbearers will be Steven Smith, Jacob Smith, Tyler Sexton, Shane Southwood, Carl Ashcraft, Dwayne Moore, Jeff Moore, Todd Moore, and Gary Smith.
