Paul and Molly Howard cut the ribbon celebrating Smokin’ Howards Sports Bar & Grill membership into the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce.  Smokin’ Howards, located on 20 North Main Street, offers home cooked meals specializing in ribs and soul food.
