James D Caudill, 81, passed away August 21. He was born November 13, 1939 to the late Cecil and Ann Caudill in Winchester, Ky. He is survived by his wife Saundra Caudill of 62 years, his children Kelly Ann Keesee, Catherine Moody, David Caudill; 6 grandchildren Cecil (Emily) and James (Abby) Keesee, Norman “Trey” and Taylor (Breanna) Moody, Riley and Emily Caudill, 5 great grandchildren, and 3 brothers Bobby (Linda), Tom (Billie) and Frank (Sue) Caudill. Service will be Tuesday at 11:00 am at Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be sent to St. Agatha Academy, 244 S Main Street, Winchester KY, 40391 or Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, KY 40391. Rolan G.
