Nannie V. Kelsor Garrett, 85, went to be with the Lord at her home September 23, 2021. She was born in Winchester, Kentucky to the late Henry and Ester Bruton Kelsor. She was the wife of Richard Garrett for 66 years.
She was a 1954 graduate of Oliver High School and 1961 Graduate of Appalachian School of Nursing. She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church where she served as Usher Board president for over 20 years.
In addition to her husband, she leaves to cherish her memory three children, Eric (Essie) Garrett, Angela (Sidney) Granville-Rose and Brian Garrett. Four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, two sisters-in -law and five brothers-in -law, a niece and nephew, many cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service 12:00 pm, Friday October 1, 2021 at Broadway Baptist Church. Visitation at the church begins at 10:00 am till the hour of service. Burial to follow at Winchester Cemetery. Masks and social distancing required by all attending. Chenault Brothers Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
