Stewart and Vicki Wilson, both 66, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021, in Winchester, Kentucky. They celebrated their 44th Wedding Anniversary of Friday. They were married on October 1, 1977, and both were members of First Church of God. They leave behind one son, Todd Wilson.

Stewart Wilson was born on May 23, 1955, in Lexington, KY, to the late Paul and Leverda Castle Wilson. He was retired from IBM and Lexmark after 47 years.

Survived by brothers, Kevin (Perri) Wilson, Barry (Rhonda) Wilson; nephews, Nicholas Wilson and Logan (Sarah) Wilson; niece, Cenchrea (Travis) Thompson.

Vickie L. Wilson was born on September 9, 1955, to Helen Browning Gross and the late Bob Gross. She was homemaker and a former business owner.

Survived by brothers, Tim Gross, Tommy (Karen) Gross, Rob (Jodi) Gross, and Scott Gross; nephews, Adam Gross, Josh Gross, and Austin Gross.

Together they leave behind a host of extended family members and friends.

They were preceded in death by his parents and her father, and brothers, Terry and Gary Allen Gross.

While their family would have wanted them to be here on earth much longer, one can’t help but wonder if it was divine intervention that they died on the same day to spend eternity with their Lord.

Services will be at 11:00AM, Thursday, October 7, 2021, at First Church of God, 2500 Colby Road, Winchester, KY 40391 by Pastors Frank Curtis and Allan Hutchinson. Burial will follow at Winchester Cemetery.

Pallbearers for Vicki will be Benny Webb, John Neal, Jon Campbell, John Bradley, Clayton Chamberlain, and Monty Rosson.

Pallbearers for Stewart will be Howard Farris, Bob Lovejoy, Pete Barley, Butch McKinney, Kevin Sexton, and Seth Harris.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ayden Fuller, Asher Fuller, Asa Greene, Rick Rose, Larry Phillips, Mary Rosson, Chris King, Tubby True, Shane Whiseman, Adam Gross, Mark Wiseman, Doris Dickson, John Fuller, Tyler Fuller, Travis Thompson, and Kevin Warner.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00PM, Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at First Church of God Colby Road.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Clark County Animal Shelter, 5000 Ironworks Road, Winchester, KY 40391 and/or First Church of God, 2500 Colby Road, Winchester, KY 40391.
