Ralph Wayne White, 71, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky passed away on Thursday evening, October 7, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington. He was born in Winchester, Kentucky on May 25, 1950 to the late Earl R. and Myrtle Wiler White.
Ralph was a resident of Montgomery County for thirty-one years following his move from Winchester, Kentucky. He was of the Christian faith, a graduate of George Rogers Clark High School, Winchester and a retired machinist at Rockwell/Meritor Industries. He enjoyed; fishing, bird hunting, collecting knives and coins, traveling, taking cruises and above all else he enjoyed his grandchildren. He will be lovingly remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Ralph is survived by his loving wife of fifty years Glenda Wells White of Mt. Sterling; two daughters; Cathy Dodge (Brian) of Corpus Christi, Texas and Stephanie White of Mt. Sterling; three grandchildren; Joey Christopher of Mt. Sterling, Morgan Ratliff (Trevor) of Frenchburg and Olivia Dodge of Corpus Christi, Texas; one great grandson; Carter Ratliff of Frenchburg; one sister; Pam Tolson of Winchester; one step-sister; Martha Tipton (Mike) of Lexington; one step- brother; Ronnie Snowden of Lexington; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents Ralph was preceded in death by his son-in-law Louie Stull and brother Larry White.
Celebration of Life service will be held at 12:00PM on Monday, October 11, 2021, visitation will be prior from 10:30AM – 12:00PM. Both will be held at Grassy Lick United Methodist Church, 2550 Prewitt Grassy Lick Pike Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. Pastor Neil Salvaterra will be officiating.
