Lewis Gunnar Holmberg III, 26, passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at his home. He was born in Fayette County, Kentucky, on October 11, 1995, to Lewis Gunnar Holmberg II and Joyce Ann Wasson French. He attended Paint Lick Baptist Church and worked as a contractor.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Hunter Alexander Lane Holmberg; sister, Alisha (Jordan) Harrison; three grandmothers, Mattie Wasson, Kitty Holmberg, and Donna Wasson; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bill Wasson.

Services will be held at 11:00AM, Thursday, October 14, 2021, at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel by Bro. Kenny French. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery, Clay City, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be Chad Crouch, Zack Osborne, Tyler Hogan, Jordan Harrison, Alex Taylor, and Kendall French. Honorary pallbearers will be Bentlie Crouch, Carter Crouch, and Bryan Wilson.
