Penny Sue Simmons, 64, of Winchester, Kentucky, passed away Oct. 2, 2021, at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. She was born March 11, 1957, to the late Marvin and Nanny Ward.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Alice Jones and Datha Brashear, and a brother Aden Ward. She is survived by her husband James Simmons, son James Matthews Simmons, sisters Noma Ingram and Ethel Wright, nephews Brandon Boley, Marvin Ward, Benjamin Larson, many more nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
