Bertha Lee Riddle Mitchell, 82, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021, at Saint Joseph East Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Bath County, Kentucky, on January 7, 1939, to the late Commodore and Beulah Sorrell Riddle.

Bertha moved to Montgomery County at an early age and graduated from Montgomery County High School in 1957. She later moved to Winchester, worked at Curlee Clothing Company, and retired from IBM in 1991. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.

Survivors include her sons, Mike (Moleta) Lambert and Barry Lambert; sisters, Mary Peace and Myra Toy; sisters-in-law, Janice and Sue Riddle; grandsons, Nick, Chris, and Ben Lambert; several extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Kenneth and James Riddle.
